This herbal tea is ideal for the morning, allowing you to start the day by promoting truth and inspiration, while facilitating communication. It is enriched with lemongrass, spearmint, cannelle and other spices that add depth and richness to flavors.

Caffeine-free , it's perfect for one morning consumption without risk of excessive stimulation. Suitable for prolonged relaxation without excitement.

Easy to prepare: let this mixture infuse for 5 to 6 minutes in 300 ml of water at 100 °C to fully enjoy its aromas.
