This balanced blend of sage (20%) and ginger (20%) provides a warming and comforting sensation ideal for starting the day with serenity. Elderflowers (5%) add a light floral note that harmonizes perfectly with the richness of the spices and herbs contained in this infusion.

The earthy flavors of sage and ginger blend with lemongrass, licorice and peppermint, creating a subtle and soothing taste experience. Black pepper, cinnamon and cloves provide a spicy and warm touch, ideal for warming the body and heart.

Caffeine-free , "I Am" is designed to be savored in the morning giving you a feeling of security and stability to start the day off right, or at any time of the day without nervous excitement.

Easy to prepare: let this mixture infuse for 5 to 6 minutes in 300 ml of water at 100 °C to release all its comforting flavors.
