Illite clay can be used for both dry and oily skin due to its ability to restore the skin to its natural pH balance . It also stimulates blood circulation and helps treat many types of skin diseases, such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, insect bites and sunburn.

How to make a face mask : Mix 2 teaspoons of clay with the same amount of water or lotion until a smooth paste forms. Apply the clay mask to face or body and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and dry face with a soft towel.
