Did you know? In Nepal, some artisans create jewelry using an ancient technique called the” Tibetan “filigrane. Each piece can take up to a week to be made by hand, and the designs are often inspired by mandalas and Buddhist symbols meant to bring protection and luck to the wearer. Some jewelry even incorporates real semi-precious stones like lapis lazuli or turquoise, mined locally in the Himalayas. Which makes each piece truly unique, as no two pieces are exactly the same.
Inspired by traditional Himalayan jewelry, this fine necklace in lapis, turquoise and coralite is handmade in Nepal by artisans perpetuating ancestral know-how.
Made up of fine turquoise pearls, this necklace is subtly punctuated by touches of red coralite and deep blue lapis lazuli, creating a color harmony typical of Nepalese ethnic jewelry.
