Did you know? In Nepal, some artisans create jewelry using an ancient technique called the” Tibetan “filigrane. Each piece can take up to a week to be made by hand, and the designs are often inspired by mandalas and Buddhist symbols meant to bring protection and luck to the wearer. Some jewelry even incorporates real semi-precious stones like lapis lazuli or turquoise, mined locally in the Himalayas. Which makes each piece truly unique, as no two pieces are exactly the same.
Inspired by Himalayan craft traditions, this fine howlite and turquoise necklace is entirely handmade in Nepal by local artisans perpetuating ancestral know-how.
Howlite white pearls, elegant and bright, create a natural contrast with the central pendant in turquoise, a stone appreciated for centuries in Asian cultures for its beauty and protective symbolism. Small decorative pearls punctuate the necklace and give it a delicate and balanced ethnic style.
With its length of 42 cm, this fine jewel naturally fits the base of the neck and brings a discreet bohemian touch, ideal to wear alone or layered with other necklaces.
