Some people say they are used for meditation while others think they are magical tools for transforming oneself and even matter.

The Singing Bowls are a beautiful and unique instrument that brings a feeling of peace and tranquility to those who use them.
This is a type of bell designed to be played by hitting or rubbing the sides and edge of the bowl.
You will usually need a mallet or stick to use a singing bowl. The wooden end of the stick is used to make the bowl sing by gently tapping it on the edge or side of the bowl. You can also use the padded end of the wand to create a soft, fluffy sound by rubbing it over the edge of the bowl.
